AutoCatch is an independent tool for professional Transfeero drivers and small
fleet operators. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Transfeero.

## What it does
- Watches your Transfeero partner feed 24/7 and auto-accepts rides matching your rules.
- Rules include: minimum payout, minimum €/km, maximum pickup distance, allowed
  pickup/drop-off zones, vehicle class, active hours, and blackout windows.
- Accepts a matching ride in well under a second, and never double-books a vehicle
  inside your configured turnaround gap.

- Do I keep an app open? No — AutoCatch runs in the cloud; nothing to install, no browser extension, no cookies taken from your browser.
- How fast does it accept? Typically under 300 ms, before most drivers see the offer.
- Is my password stored? No — after you connect, only an encrypted (AES-256-GCM) access token is kept, isolated per account and revocable anytime; see the security page.
- Official API or independent tool? Independent — AutoCatch is not affiliated with Transfeero. It securely signs in on your behalf using your own access, and you can disconnect anytime.
- Two-factor / OTP? If your account needs a one-time code to sign in, AutoCatch prompts you for it at connection time; codes are never stored.
- Account challenge or lockout? AutoCatch never guesses passwords; it pauses the account and notifies you to re-authenticate, then you reconnect in a couple of clicks.
- Platform changes? It is a managed service — keeping the connection working is our job; monitoring alerts the team and updates are pushed without action from you.
- Uptime? 99.9% target with automatic failover plus external uptime, error, and performance monitoring.
- How is my account kept logged in? Sessions stay authenticated around the clock and self-heal — AutoCatch reconnects automatically (including after a restart) so you never re-login daily. Session reliability, not just ride-catching, is the core of the product.
- Multiple accounts? Yes — each runs in a fully isolated session with its own rules, token, and logs; no shared state and no cross-account access, so it is safe to run across a whole fleet. Pro-plan billing is per account.
- Activity log? Yes — every ride monitored, evaluated, accepted, or skipped is logged with the matching rule, and each catch is pushed to Telegram.
