How a 5-vehicle airport-transfer operator runs multiple Transfeero accounts
An example workflow: covering several accounts, each with its own rules, from one dashboard.
Illustrative example scenario — not a specific customer, and without invented metrics.
This is an illustrative example of how a small airport-transfer operator would set up AutoCatch across several Transfeero accounts — one isolated session and one filter per account — instead of paying someone to watch the dashboard all day.
The starting point
A five-vehicle airport-transfer company runs several Transfeero accounts. Previously, someone had to watch each feed and accept jobs by hand — impossible to do well across accounts, and no coverage overnight.
The setup
- Connect each Transfeero account to AutoCatch (the Pro plan supports up to 5).
- Give each account one filter tuned to its vehicle class and target routes — airport runs above a €/km floor, within a sensible pickup radius.
- Set each account's working hours and days off in its own timezone.
- Run every account in Simulate mode for a day to confirm the catches look right.
- Switch to Live and monitor all accounts from a single dashboard.
Why isolation matters here
Because each account runs in its own sealed session with separate rules and logs, one account's activity never affects another's — the safe way to automate a fleet rather than juggling one login. See multi-account management.
The goal isn't to accept more rides — it's to accept the right rides on every account, without staffing someone to refresh a screen.
