Cookie Policy

The cookies and similar technologies we use, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AutoCatch uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and app. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, to keep the service secure, and to understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. They include your authenticated session (to keep you signed in) and security cookies (for example, to protect sign-in against abuse). Because they are essential, they do not require consent.

Analytics

We use PostHog (EU region) to understand how visitors and users interact with AutoCatch — which pages are viewed, how features are used, and where people run into trouble — so we can improve the product. These cookies help distinguish sessions and recognise returning visitors. We keep analytics privacy-respecting and do not sell this data.

Error & performance monitoring

We use Sentry (EU region) to detect and diagnose errors and performance issues. Related technologies help us tie an error to the session in which it occurred so we can fix problems quickly.

Third-party services

Some features you enable (for example, payment or messaging providers) may set their own cookies when used. Those are governed by the respective provider's policies.

Managing cookies

  • •Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working (for example, staying signed in).
  • •Do Not Track / opt-out: we honour applicable opt-out signals where required. You can also opt out of analytics on request.
  • •Questions or requests: email contactus@autocatch.co.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as our services change. The 'last updated' date above reflects the latest version.
