Terms of Service

1. What AutoCatch is

AutoCatch is an independent software tool that, on your instruction and using your own account access, monitors ride offers and automatically accepts the ones matching rules you set. AutoCatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Transfeero or any other ride platform, and is not an official product of any such platform.

2. Eligibility

• •You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• •You must be a legitimate partner/driver with your own valid account on the ride platform you connect.
• •You are responsible for ensuring your use of automation is permitted by, and complies with, the terms of the platform you connect. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for the rules and filters you configure and for reviewing the rides accepted on your behalf.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• •Connect an account you are not authorised to use, or share your AutoCatch access with unauthorised third parties.
• •Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service's security or access controls.
• •Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. Automation risk & no guarantee of results

Automation on a platform we do not control carries inherent risk. The connected platform may change its rules, interface, or security measures, may limit or suspend sessions, or may take action on accounts that use automation. We work continuously to keep the Service functioning, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any particular ride will be caught, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that your platform account will not be affected. Earnings examples are illustrative and not promises of results.

6. Subscriptions, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. A free trial may be offered as described at sign-up. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Fees, plans, and limits are described on our Pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AutoCatch and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Your data remains yours.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required to protect the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoCatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings, or platform account actions arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts there will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
